Programmes

MEAL ensures monitoring of all programme implementation across the country and accordingly tracks the progress and finally assess the outcomes of the programme. It also handles the complaints and refers to concerned department. MEAL reviews documents and writes reports in communication with programme and other relevant departments. Thus

  • Conducts baseline surveys
  • Developing new tools for data capturing
  • Regularly monitors projects
  • Evaluates all projects
  • Ensures internal and external complaints handling procedures
  • develop new channels for complaint receiving and
  • Ensures complaints also registered at JCAD system (Country Risk register)
