Islamic Relief Bangladesh (IRB) is at the forefront of emergency response efforts in Feni and Cumilla following the devastating flash floods. We are working tirelessly to meet the immediate lifesaving needs of those affected by this disaster. Our current focus includes distributing essential food supplies to 5,000 households, using our resources to ensure timely and effective assistance.
In addition to food distribution, our response plan includes providing fodder, multipurpose cash assistance, and hygiene kits to further support the affected communities. In line with our commitment to inclusion, we are prioritizing the most affected and vulnerable populations, with special attention to persons with disabilities, ethnic communities, the elderly, widows, Hijra communities, Dalits, and families with pregnant and women-headed households.
Islamic Relief remains dedicated to delivering comprehensive and compassionate support, helping these communities recover and rebuild with dignity and resilience.
