Md. Asifur Rahaman, works as the Deputy Manager-Human Resources Management & Organisational Development. He leads for HRM & Organizational Development Department for Islamic Relief Bangladesh. Asif’s responsibilities are included over all HRM & Development issues like Learning & Organisational strategic Development, HRP, Talent Sourcing & Management, Compensation Management, Employee engagement, HR Audit Management, HRIS, HR Compliance, Inventory, etc. He also managed HR in Islamic Relief Myanmar as well as set up HR policy & Procedure for Islamic Relief Nepal. He has experiences over 13 years in HRM & organisational development on both corporate & humanitarian organisations like Windmill Advertising Limited, Grass root Communication LTD, One call Solution LTD, Nokia BD, NSN BD LTD etc.

He obtained his master’s degree in HRM from University of Dhaka. In addition to this, he completed his MBA in HRM from American International University Bangladesh (AIUB), Post graduate diploma in HRM from ABP, UK. He is also qualified & Certified Organizational development professional from EDUPRO UK. He is a certified professional from Bangladesh technical Education Board in HR database Management. Earlier he completed masters from Jahangirnagar University. Asif is a general Member of Bangladesh Society of Human Resource Management (BSHRM), HRPB, IPM, CIPD, INGO HR etc.
